County Board Advanced Governance Workshop

Overview

This training opportunity for county board members is a two-day workshop scheduled on Friday, March 23 - Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Yolo County Office of Education in Woodland, CA located about 10 minutes from the Sacramento Airport.

Board members (both new and veteran) and superintendents alike, can expect to attain an advanced level of knowledge and understanding of the county board governance role by participating in this popular program.  A wide breadth of timely and relevant topics will be covered, including topics on shared governance, LCFF and LCAP, charter school oversight, California Dashboard, as well as advocacy and legislation.

Registration fee includes materials, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments
Early Bird: $305 (until January 10, 2018)
Regular: $325 (after January 10, 2018)
Late/Onsite: $400 (after March 9, 2018)
